The Short Version
We collect only what we need to process your order and deliver your files. We do not sell your data. We do not run invasive tracking. We keep things simple.

When you use the free AI tool
- The text you submit (sent to our AI provider to generate your plan; not stored after the response is returned)
Automatically
- Basic server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) — standard for any website and retained for 30 days

- Analytics and server logs — legitimate interests (understanding site usage and maintaining security).
Data Retention
- Purchase records — retained for 6 years after the transaction date, as required by HMRC for tax purposes.
- Analytics and server logs — retained for 90 days, then automatically deleted.
- Marketing leads (free tool email capture) — retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
